Classify insurance policies into tiers
AIA wants to tag each policy with a tier based on its coverage amount: Elite for RM 1,000,000 or more, Standard for RM 200,000 up to (but not including) RM 1,000,000, and Basic for anything below that.
Return policyholder, coverage_amount, and tier.
