Apply a fixed cashback rate down a column

Column A holds top-up amounts (RM) for four Boost e-wallet transactions. D1 holds a single fixed cashback rate used for every transaction. Write formulas in B1:B4, one per row, that compute cashback (amount × rate) for each row, always pointing at the same rate cell regardless of which row the formula sits in.
